Customer had an antique cradle that was severely damaged when the family moved into a new home. Pieces became unglued and the main support spindle snapped in two.
The cradle had been in the family for generations and was very rare. The only place they or an appraiser had ever seen one like it, with a stork overlooking the basket, was in the movie Gone with the Wind.
I repaired the cradle and hid the repairs.
